Does everyone in the troop need a subscription?

No. Your one subscription includes everyone in your troop. Our pricing is by troop.

How do I pay?

Payments are handled either by PayPal or Stripe each month or each year.

Can I just pay by check?

Sure. There are instructions for paying by check on your subscription info page.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

You've got options here. You can either cancel your subscription via PayPal, or you can open a support request in the help desk and we will cancel it for you.

How do I cancel my annual subscription?

Open a support request and we'll talk about the unused portion of your subscription. We'd love to know why you'd like to cancel so that we can learn from our mistakes and also come to a conclusion.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

We hold on to your data for 90 days, just in case you change your mind. After 90 days we delete it, at which point it is gone forever.

Can I transfer the subscription to the treasurer?

Absolutely. Just use the help desk to open a support request and provide the name and email address of the treasurer.

My pack can't afford TroopTrack. Help?

Backpacks, tents, and merit badge books are more important than scouting software. That's why we have a scholarship option for scouting units that are new or serve underprivileged kids. To find out if your troop qualifies, just use the help desk to open a support request.
