About Our Troops

Families are always welcome to visit a meeting, meet our scouts and leaders, and see firsthand the fun, friendship, and adventure Scouting America provides!

Meeting Time: Tuesdays 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Boys and Girls: 11–17 years old (or have completed 5th grade)

We run parallel troops, one for boys and one for girls, each with its own adult and youth leadership. Youth leadership of each troop takes turns leading announcements at the start of meetings, then typically conduct the rest of the program separately.  Meetings wrap up with everyone coming back together for closing announcements and scout vespers, keeping the troops connected while respecting their separate programs.

We camp both individually and together; when camping together, boys and girls have separate campsites with adults in a central site, ensuring safety, mentorship, and shared fun.
